I've been on quite a creative streak here lately. I love these colors. I love the layered paper for a background. I love layering the paint, wiping it off, tweaking the details. This bird makes me feel happy.

I love this bird, such a pretty colour, the colour that copper goes after weathering. I love the background too. Have just started an art class and am working on my first bird painting too. You are inspiring me and helping me - when I look at your art I want to pick up my brushes too : ) This bird makes me feel very happy, thank you for that.
