Where are you going?
What are your plans?
Do you live life on the fly
or are you a planner?
I'm a little bit of both.
I took this photo as kind
of a study in perspective
but later it held many
thoughts for me,
~as an artist, what do I want~
~what do I want to convey in my work~
~how will I know what to do next~
The road for me isn't clear,
I don't think it is for anyone,
.................really....................
For today though,
I hope your road
leads to joy, love,
satisfaction
and
whatever is most
dear to you!

All I can say is, you can never know where the road will lead. Could I have predicted a life in France? Never in a million years.
I just try to live in the moment and be as free as I can. Thanks for your comment on my blog :-).
Hi Paula...
Great Questions to be sure!
Me, I definitely fly by the seat of my pants and can't function very well in any other way!
I don't think any of us know where we are really going. I think we need to have broad goals with positive thoughts. Allow your life to unfold as it needs to unfold. You know? I do a million different things...and each makes a difference in the others.
And I hope your road is clear and strong!
Thanks Paula...you are always there to poke me on...
I just go by intuition. I think those who think they know where they are going are just making it up. It gives them comfort to think of their future in this way and to apply direction to their activities. That's fine. But for me, I know life unfolds as it will, though also I know i have choices. Exit here or go on to the next exit? Drive fast or drive slow. Etc.
I'm a bit of both too, Paula. And I appreciate your well-wishing.
